THE POST OF PROJECT MANAGER

In order for our projects to successfully run, we’d love to recruit a project manager who’ll be able to learn and exercise his/her duties effectively.
He/she must bear the below the qualities:
– The art of management, including planning, managing project scopes, cost, time, and quality.
– The ability to collect, analyze and interpret project data.
– Working well under pressure
– Being able to approach problems from new perspectives.
– Being able to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, or subcontractors 
– Being able to motivate and encourage others
– Having good IT skills
– Being able to address unexpected risks and find solutions to mitigate them
– Being able to create a positive work environment
